At NEXSKILL Trainings, we prioritize creating a safe, secure, and user-friendly educational atmosphere. These terms are established by Nexskill Head Office and enforced across all our branches.
Definitions of Mediums for Content/Lecture Delivery
Online Learning: Delivery of education via digital platforms with mandatory interaction through a Learning Management System (LMS).
On-Campus Learning: Traditional face-to-face education conducted within Nexskill's physical campuses.
ICT: Technologies that store, retrieve, and send information digitally.
LMS: The platform used for managing and delivering course content online.
Student Cards: The student entry card is limited to โNexskillโ Arfa Tower and designed/collected and operated by Arfa Tower Management.
Data Collection & Usage
Personal data (name, email, phone, etc.) collected is solely for academic and administrative purposes.
Online activity (attendance, quiz results, etc.) is recorded for evaluation purposes.
Data is never shared with third parties without student consent, except as required by law.
Data Security
Strong data encryption, password protection, and secure access controls are implemented.
Privacy protocols are followed to prevent unauthorized access.
Communication
Students may be contacted via official channels (email, SMS, LMS) for academic updates or changes in policy.
Terms of Learning (For Both Modes)
Curriculum & Instruction
All courses follow NAVTTC and PSDF or industry-standard curricula.
Online and in-person courses share identical learning objectives and credit hours.
Instructional design may include live classes, recorded lectures, tutorials, assignments, and project work.
Content Delivery
Online: Delivered via LMS, video lectures, e-books, and discussion forums.
On-Campus: Includes lectures, practical sessions, workshops, and group work.
All formats are supported by certified instructors and coordinators.
Student Code of Conduct
Active participation is expected in both formats.
Plagiarism, harassment, or disruptive behavior is not tolerated and may lead to disciplinary action.
Attendance requirements must be met to qualify for certification.
Assessment & Evaluation
Includes assignments, quizzes, exams, and projects.
Online assessments use secure platforms to maintain academic integrity.
Grading policies are transparent and accessible via the LMS or student portal.
Support Services
Academic support, counseling, and tech help are available both on-campus and online.
Online students receive guidance via live sessions, email, and helpdesk tools.
Equal access to scholarships, resources, and opportunities is ensured for all students.
Technology Use & Infrastructure
Nexskill ensures reliable platforms for content delivery and communication.
Students are responsible for maintaining internet access and device compatibility for online learning.
On-campus students must adhere to institute rules regarding device usage and lab access.
Policy Amendments for Learning and Trainings
Nexskill reserves the right to update policies with due notice.
Any changes will be communicated through email, website announcements, or LMS notifications.
Admission Policy
We reserve the right to close enrollment for any course at our discretion.
Currently, no refunds are offered. However, in special cases, students can submit a written request with proof within 2 months of payment. Final decisions rest with NEXSKILL.
NEXSKILL Trainings Code of Conduct
Attendance and Deduction Policy
Student attendance marked within 10 minutes of class start.
Instructor attendance marked by coordinator within 5 minutes.
Discrimination and Harassment
Aggressive behavior, harassment, or ragging is prohibited.
Disrespecting instructors is not toleratedโonline or in person.
Staff must respect students; inappropriate behavior can be reported to coordinator@nexskill.com.
Stalking, harassment, or assault results in strict action.
Threats to human life or serious harm are strictly forbidden.
Unauthorized Use of Property and Services
Theft, damage, or misuse of property leads to serious consequences.
Weapons, explosives, or illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
Honesty and Integrity
Providing false information or documents is forbidden.
Misusing IDs or documents is not allowed.
Disorderly conduct or disobedience towards staff is unacceptable.
False emergency reporting or unauthorized campus access is punishable.
Responsible Use of Technology
Unauthorized access or password sharing is prohibited.
Threats or discrimination via technology will be punished.
Accessing private communications without consent is not allowed.
Encouraging others to break policy is considered misconduct.
Legal Consequences
Any misconduct on/off-campus while representing Nexskill may lead to legal action under the Pakistan Penal Code. NEXSKILL may also initiate internal disciplinary actions and refer cases to law enforcement.
